Yesterday we celebrated my father-in-law's 80th birthday with 20 people. We were very tense because my mother-in-law's birthday a few weeks ago in another restaurant was a total failure. Here we came in and were at home. Great care from start to finish, nobody was left out. The food was amazing, a loving interpretation of classic dishes. The restaurant and the sanitary facilities are clean and modern. My mother-in-law said that evening, we'll be back ... That's right, there are still dishes on the menu that interest me. You know exactly how hospitality works ...

We were guests yesterday and very satisfied. Great service and great boss. Food and drinks were very good. Perfect taste ??. Always happy.

We were in Lübeck for a few days and we really liked the old fire station. The not so good rating of a predecessor is absolutely incomprehensible to us. A super nice, very clean restaurant. If you've been in trouble all day, it's nice to sit a little quieter. The food was very tasty and more than sufficient, on the menu you can find free-range meat, which is very important to me personally. The prices are absolutely correct and satisfactory. We have been working around the corner for 20 years, so to speak, and we are very happy that we have our old fire station back. Very nice atmosphere, delicious food, there was nothing to complain about ... we will definitely come more often!

It takes courage to open such a beautiful restaurant in these times. Christian Berger, from an old family of restaurateurs, has closed a gap in good food and drink in Lübeck St. Lorenz with his wife Sandra and a highly committed team in the kitchen and service. A nice location. Clean, stylish with outdoor spaces in the green. There are also parking spaces in the backyard. The home-style food tastes very good with a weekly changing lunch menu, à la carte and a nice lively service. The beautiful bar invites you to linger for a nightcap after dinner. Unfortunately not satisfied. The food was unfortunately only lukewarm. The sauce for the steak wasn't homemade. The fried fish was bad frozen goods because there are better ones. The fried potatoes are too greasy and partly deep black. Is it worth the visit? Who wants to drink something ?. Eating the kitchen has to get much better. Another tip in terms of cleanliness Clear the shoes and cleaning things from the guest room.

The food was delicious and plentiful. Service staff courteous, very friendly and attentive. We can absolutely recommend it.

No comparison to the predecessor! There are delicious, very lovingly prepared dishes, the wait staff are nice and it's nice and quiet. There is only one thing that I think is a shame: apart from a helmet and a syringe, there is no visible reference to the fire department, but you could hang old pictures from the Lübeck city archive here, for example ?! We will be back definitely. We liked it very much.

1 test: baptism of fire unfortunately not passed. Various dishes from the menu were not available. Prices were okay, but small rustic food offerings would be nice too. Last but not least: please pay attention to the calibration line when serving draft beer. (better a little more than too little) A second test is planned ......
